Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q.Can I call to check availability of parts? A. Yes, we are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Please have the part number available for us when you call

Q. Can I call in an order for parts? A. Please do not call in to order parts. Our customer service representatives are very busy, and we much prefer that you place your order online, as that way you, and we, have a "paper trail" to follow on your order.

Q. Can I call for technical service? A. No, please do not call regarding technical service/assistance. Our customer service reps are not mechanics/techs, and our techs are much too busy to give advice over the phone. Plus, it is too hard to diagnose over the phone: many times one symptom is a variant of multiple possible issues.

Q. What is the number to the right of the part numbers/descriptions in the fiche finder? A. This number is how many you would need to complete a full job for that section. It is not a pack size, and it is not how many will be shipped to you if you order a quantity of 1. Please always verify how many of each part you need before ordering and order that amount.

Q. Can I order a pack size? A. No, pack sizes are not orderable. You must order the exact quantity of each part you need.

Q. How soon will my order ship? A. While we keep many items on hand, we do not have the warehouse space to store all available Sea-Doo PWC and Sport Boat parts and accessories. Because of this we sometimes need to order parts from Sea-Doo. So, if we have the parts on hand they will ship no later than the next business day. If we do not have the item(s) on hand, expect a 3 to 6 day delay (depending on which day of the week you order) before your order ships.

Q. How will my order ship? A. We ship via either U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or U.P.S. for domestic shipping (depending on which will get your order to you the quickest). We ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail for all international shipping.
