Policies

Shipping and Handling
  1. Orders will ship in 3 to 7 days from date of order. If shipment will occur outside of that time frame, the customer will be contacted by Sea-Doo Parts Central.
  2. Shipping will be either via U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. This is established by package size, price and length of time to arrive at its destination. This is determined by Sea-Doo Parts Central.
  3. International shipping will ONLY be via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International. International shipping takes up to 14 days from the date of shipment to arrive at its destination.
  4. Your order, and therefore shipping charges, will not be charged to your credit card until the item order is ready to be shipped.
  5. Shipping prices are based on total price of order, as seen below. **PLEASE NOTE THAT IF ACTUAL SHIPPING COST IS MORE THAN LISTED PRICE (DUE TO PACKAGE SIZE OR WEIGHT), CUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED WITH THE NEW SHIPPING PRICE BEFORE THE ORDER SHIPS.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST SMALL ITEMS/ORDERS SHIPPING DOMESTICALLY WILL BE SHIPPED VIA U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL AND WILL COST NO MORE THAN $8.00

Returns and Refund Policy

  1. In any transaction an error may occur, and the customer may receive the incorrect item. While this is an inconvenience to all involved, we endeavor to make sure that you do indeed receive the correct item.
  2. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, FUEL RELATED PARTS OR DECALS. If you are unsure if the part is correct, please contact us for verification before ordering.
  3. If you receive the incorrect item and it is an error on our behalf, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the part and we will issue a return authorization number. We will then send a return tag for the item and you can then return the item to us with a note with your name, address, phone number and the RA number and we will make sure to correct the error. PLEASE ensure that shipping insurance is purchased when shipping an item back to us: any damaged items are not returnable or refundable and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Anything shipped to us without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the customer.
  4. If the wrong item is received due to a customer error, we will let you return the item for an exchange or refund if you contact us within 15 days for a Return Authorization number, but there will be a 20% restocking fee and the item must be in new condition in the original packaging. Any additional shipping fees for sending out another item will be charged to the customer. PLEASE ensure that shipping insurance is purchased when shipping an item back to us: any damaged items are not returnable or refundable and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Anything shipped to us without a Return Authorization number will be returned to the customer.
  5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYTHING RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE SHIP DATE OF THE ORDER, WITH OR WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION ORDER, IS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. ANY ORDER RETURNED AFTER THE 30 DAY LIMIT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED.
  6. Items that are not returnable or refundable: Electrical and fuel related parts and decals are not returnable or refundable. If you are not sure about what you are ordering, then please contact us for assistance.
  7. Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law.


Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment may also be securely paid using PayPal. Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
